Shataranji Craft is proprietor oriented small cottage related factory. It’s established in 2001 at Nishbetgonj, Rangpur. This factory is working for employment generation. The traditional rugs come from only Rangpur in Northern part of Bangladesh. Traditional women weavers under threat from industrialization practice this particular craft. We are manufacturer from place mats by hand hooked and hand loom. It’s traditionally made of 100% jute, cotton, chenille, polyester and wool. This mat is excellent color and design, washable and long time uses. Mats and rugs can be any size depending upon choice of the buyer. It’s traditionally made of cotton, Jute and Wool colored by natural and chemical dye. This factory is very equipped for implementing is that sector and has vast experienced.
Our products includes a range of hand crafted and hand loomed area rugs, table mats, indoor & outdoor mats made out of jute, cotton or recycled pieces of readymade garments. Our hand loomed products are distinct and exceptional each captures the special touch of individual artisans ye contains the sensibility and knowledge of few generations.
